MANLEY FORD 4.6L MODULAR AND 5.0L COYOTE I-BEAM ROD WITH ARP2000 ROD BOLTS
Manley Pro Series "I" Beam Rods are forged from 4340 aircraft quality vacuum degassed material. Utilizing a proven Lightweight yet rugged design and ARP 2000 cap screws, they are properly shot peened after machining and 100% magnafluxed.
On all Manley connecting rods, sets are weight matched to ą 1.5 grams, big and small end bores are final honed to a tolerance of a .0002", critical bend and twist attributes are held to a minimum, and exacting attention is paid to every detail by our final inspection department; thus rendering a finished product that is second to none.

Manley's signature design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications. Each rod is shot peened after machining and magnafluxed. Bores are held to exacting tolerances. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are ARP 2000 alloy cap screws. Heavier beam for forced induction applications.
