Livernois offers something that most of our competition just can't match, complete in house cylinder head development from start to finish. There are a lot of shops that offering porting, or CNC porting, or cylinder head machining. But the majority of these shops only offer a couple of aspects of the entire process, and while for some that is good enough to just get the basic needs met, Livernois goes well beyond. Livernois starts the development process of a new cylinder head by first benchmarking the baseline offerings, from there Livernois develops its own port models by hand with a team of experts that have decades of experience in the cylinder head field.

This testing is done at Livernois own in-house airflow development department. From there the models will be tested extensively to ensure performance. Once the finalized model is completed it will move to Livernois in-house digitizing department, where our digitizing experts will scan the model and produce a digital version of the cylinder head or ports. 

From there we'll move the program over to our CNC department where they'll test cut the cylinder head, and then test it to verify performance in comparison to the model. The difference that Livernois offers is having this entire process in house, with each of these departments closely working together towards the finished product. By completely controlling the development process Livernois is able to offer unmatched performance in its offerings.
