Long a market leader in forged wheels, HRE now offers its FlowForm line of wheels featuring iconic styling and a level of quality embodied by the HRE brand, all at an accessible price point. This cast flow formed wheel is made in Japan with the highest level of design and engineering available in the world today. HREs FlowForm Series wheels are made from the same forged aluminum as the Competition Series, but in a one-piece format. FlowForm wheels are extremely engineered to minimize unsprung mass and rotational inertia for optimal acceleration and braking performance. All of the FlowForm wheels finishes are applied in-house at HREs 60,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in San Diego brings a state of mind the ending result will be flawless. The HRE wheels come with a lifetime warranty according to HRE warranty terms. HRE wheels and come with the HRE centrecap, valve stern and lug bolts when required.
Flowform is a process designed by HRE in which a pressure-cast preform is "stretched" to a specific flow formed profile and thickness. This flow forming process improves the grain structure of the aluminum making it stronger, lighter and more precise than a traditional cast wheel resulting in forged aluminum-like strength.
