Dan Millen started his drag racing career in 1995 at age 19. In 1997, his rookie debut, he went undefeated. 2001 he drove to the NMRA Champions Circle, winning his first national title.

John R. Buttermore is team owner and principle of Nearbrook Motorsports LLC. He also has the role of operations manager and takes care of all the logistics, business, and travel for the team. John took his son to Skip Barber in 1996 which is when this all got started.

Tony Brakohiapa has been a professional driver for 7 yrs. His roots lie in road racing as he raced open-wheel formula Mazda's for four years, as well as sports and touring cars in endurance races, karts, and even stock cars. Drifting has been Tony's primary focus the last four years as he competes in the Formula Drift Championship. Driving a 2005 Mustang since his beginning in Drifting, he has become a competitive force with the recent help of Livernois Motorsports. With the stroker kit installed last year from Livernois, Tony's results have really shown, seeing the podium three times in 2008. As the drifting season comes to a close, Tony looks to go back to road-racing as he will compete in the annual 25 hour of Thunderhill Endurance race in Willows, CA this December 6 & 7. When Tony isn't racing or drifting he's teaching others at the Jim Russell Racing and Audi Sportscar School at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA. He is also a stunt and precision driver in Hollywood, showing his skills in movies like The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift, and doing TV commercial work for numerous car manufacturers.
